Characteristics of a Good Home Nurse

     Home care nursing emphasizes the innate responsibilities such service to people requires. Before making the final decision and formulating plans to undertake a home nursing career, it is vital that the aspirant take a closer look at him/herself. 
     Certain personal characteristics are essential if the prospective home nurse is to compete a course and then go to a respected and fulfilling career. None of the characteristics enumerated really takes precedence over another, although some may need to be developed further as one begins his or her career. However, in terms of various kinds of personalities and situations one may encounter in his or her daily work, all of the characteristics listed are highly desirable.

I really love the job and people i get to meet. My company recently started implementing this nursing home billing software and it works like a charm.
