Now that you have pinpointed the things that stress you out, focus on the top three stressors and try to find a workable solution. If your stress is coming from rushing in the mornings and still being late, set your alarm clock to go off 30 minutes earlier or prepare some things the night before. If your stress is coming from being over-scheduled in the afternoons and evenings with chauffeuring duties and household chores, what can you say "no" too or what duties can you delegate?
