Prioritize

Make a priority list of what has to be done today, this week, this month. Stick with the listed items and mark them off your list as you accomplish them. Sometimes the feeling of panic and stress comes from the thinking you have 567 things that must be done by Friday. When you break those things down and list them in order of priority, you may see there's only three things you absolutely must get done today, only five things done by Friday and a little leeway for the rest of the month.

Pinpoint your biggest stress factors and find a workable solution for them. Make a priority list and stick with it to help you feel more in control and less stressed over every situation. Mark things off your priority list as you finish them for a sense of accomplishment. A three-step plan of action to destress, relax and become a healthier person.
